May 17, 2004 -- I arrived here at Hazleton, Pennsylvania yesterday afternoon and dropped my loaded trailer, swapping it for an empty trailer. I ended up staying up till around 9:00 PM, so when I did go to bed I slept most of the night. Now my sleep should be tilted back towards a normal routine, at least for now.

I woke up around 5:00 AM Central Time. Since then I've been on my computer, handling email chores as well as working on this website.

I'm starting to see this website redesign as my own personal printing press. This really has the potential to turn into my own little mini world-wide newspaper. I've got opinions on just about everything I can think of. It's really fun expressing myself and then interacting with those who bother to respond. I love interacting with people and considering ideas.

I believe the Internet has the potential of morphing into an idea exchange medium that's at this point only in it's earliest stages.

Anyhow, I'm waiting on a new load. One of the things I really like about my job is the fact that the next load will be a total surprise -- I have no clue where the next load will take me or the people I will end up encountering as a result. The total surprise aspect of each new load is really wonderful.
